Project Scope: Designing and implementing a Nagios Core monitoring solution.

  • Developing multiple custom Bash scripts to query and monitor critical and warning statuses for various infrastructure components.

  • Configuring and optimizing Nagios checks, notifications, and alert thresholds to ensure prompt response to issues.

  • Deploying Nagios Core within an LXC container to leverage lightweight virtualization, ensuring efficient resource utilization and ease of scalability.

My Deliverables: Delivered a fully functional and scalable Nagios Core monitoring solution, integrated with the existing infrastructure.
