My Project Role:

Business Problem: Lack of technical expertise at client side to define their requirements in RFS (Request for Service) submissions against my company.

Project Scope: Developing and maintaining a pre-RFS process to help clients analyze their business problems and map them to well-defined technical RFS requirements.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design the pre-RFS process framework, ensuring it addressed client pain points and streamlining the RFS submission process.

  • Conducting pre-study analyses of client business problems, gathering relevant data, and translating these into actionable RFS requirements.

  • Holding regular reporting meetings to update my reporting line on the statuses of pre-RFS activities, challenges, and progress, ensuring transparency and alignment.

My Deliverables: Developed and sustained a robust pre-RFS process that equipped clients to articulate their needs clearly, resulting in precise and actionable RFS submissions and enhancing the overall efficiency of the service request lifecycle.
