Business Problem: Server room "mess"

Project Scope: Reorganization of the floor plan.

  • Performing ~10 physical server relocations, ensuring proper shutdown, transport, and reinstallation with minimal downtime.

  • Designing and implementing server room cabling layouts to support the relocated and upgraded infrastructure.

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues during migration, showcasing problem-solving and technical expertise.

My Deliverables: Successfully relocated server infrastructure, delivering a well-organized floor plan and excellent patch cabling.
