Business Problem: Computers, printers and office infrastructure maintenance.

Project Scope: Carrying out routine administrative tasks and maintenance on staff and small end customers' computers, printers, and LAN office infrastructure.

  • Performing regular software updates, including operating systems, drivers, and applications, to ensure compatibility and security.

  • Managing and troubleshooting LAN office infrastructure, including network switches, routers, and cabling, to ensure stable and secure connectivity.

  • Setting up and maintaining shared resources such as printers and file servers to facilitate seamless office operations.

My Deliverables: Consistently maintained staff computers, ensuring reliable performance, enhanced security, and minimal disruptions to daily operations.
