My Project Role:

Business Problem: Clients with >$10M TCV require dedicated client architect

Project Scope: Providing architectural leadership, driving strategic planning.

  • Maintaining the Technical Currency Refresh Plan for software and hardware to support strategic alignment with the client’s evolving business and technology goals.

  • Collaborating with key account stakeholders, such as Client Partner Executives, Delivery Partner Executives and the Client to define SW/HW refresh strategies and develop long-term technical roadmaps.

  • Monitoring the RFS workflow to anticipate future client needs and proactively propose technical solutions.

  • Participating as an advisory architect in status calls for Contractual Obligation and Operational Improvement projects, providing guidance to Project Managers on technical and architectural concerns.
