Business Problem: Unrealistic expectations regarding the delivery timeline of IBM Power® 9 hardware, creating pressure to meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Project Scope: Delivering IBM Power® 9 hardware that satisfies client requirements to secure a 3-year contract extension.

  • Leading Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to coordinate the timely delivery of IBM Power® 9 systems.

  • Seamless integration of the new solution into the client’s existing environment, ensuring compatibility with technical and operational requirements.

  • Proactively addressing and optimizing network flows to enhance security and support robust security hardening measures.

  • Receiving a certificate of recognition for project completion from the Nordic Vice President, a leader overseeing thousands of employees across the Nordic region.

My Deliverables: Delivering a solution and leading the implementation of a fully functional IBM Power® 9 environment, meeting client expectations and satisfaction, and playing a critical role in securing the 3-year contract extension.
