My Project Role:

Field Engineer

Business Problem: LAN/WAN and associated ISP's infrastructure maintenance.

Project Scope: Maintaining and repairing LAN/WAN connections, fiber optics, and associated hardware.

  • Inspecting and repairing damaged RJ45 connectors and ensuring proper crimping and cable integrity for stable LAN/WAN connections.

  • Maintaining and testing single-mode and multi-mode optical fiber cables using OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer).

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with network hardware, including patch panels, switches, and routers, to ensure uninterrupted service.

My Deliverables: Successfully maintained and repaired LAN/WAN and optical network components, delivering a reliable and well-organized infrastructure that supports uninterrupted ISP operations.
